18 Members in the Small Biz Soc Net - and Two of them Are Me
It's kind of funny, but I just noticed that for some reason I have two profiles here. I'll have to try to figure out how to fix that one.
Regardless, there's only 18 members here so far, which is a little disappointing. I cannot feel too bad, because I haven't promoted it that much (spending a lot more time on Eastside Entrepreneurs, which has over 300 members in less than six weeks.

I'm still trying to get a handle on this social networking craze and how to use it to our advantage for business.
I actually use two profiles myself, though not at ning. Since I have my own businesses as well as work for Syd's Eastside Auto Parts, I am constantly switching profiles because Syd's Eastside Auto doesn't pay me to update my own stuff, and yet we need a professional social networking presence, ourselves.
I really don't think that businesses are taking advantage of the social networking scene like they should. In fact, this, I think, is where business needs to excel, and a social business networking site would be a huge success if promoted and marketed well.
